How This Was Born

The three of us found ourselves in Egypt ; separately called, arriving as strangers. In those temples, something ancient stirred. Not as a concept, not as a belief. As a felt sense in the body. A recognition that ran deeper than the present moment. Memories that had no origin in this lifetime began to surface. The land felt familiar. And we recognized each other in a way that had nothing to do with how long we had known each other.

What was born between us was not a plan. It was a connection , to this land, to its ancient wisdom, and to each other that made one thing clear. We were meant to hold this together. And to open that same door for other women who feel the same pull toward Egypt that we did.

This journey comes from that. From something real that happened to three real women in a real place. We are not selling an experience. We are sharing what changed us.

Niccara works at the intersection of body wisdom, sensual power, and fierce activation. As our resident Pilates practitioner, she knows the body as both instrument and teacher. She moves between warmth and fire, the deep joy of full embodiment and the sacred burning away of what is no longer true.

Through Pilates, somatic work, expression, and ceremony she makes the spiritual visceral. This is not healing from the neck up. This is your power returned to you - felt in your body, in real time, on your skin.

Isis is the goddess of magic, healing, wholeness, and divine love. She is the weaver — the one who gathers all the scattered pieces and makes them whole again. For thousands of years her island sanctuary at Philae was the most beloved pilgrimage site in the ancient world. Women crossed water to receive her. That crossing still means something.

In her temple you remember the wholeness that was never actually lost — only forgotten.

Hathor is love made visible. She is the goddess of joy, beauty, music, sensuality, and the kind of pleasure that is not a reward but a birthright. She lives in the body. Her temple at Dendera is one of the most exquisitely preserved sacred sites in Egypt — and it carries her frequency in every carved wall, every astronomically aligned chamber.

In her temple you remember what it feels like to be fully, softly, powerfully alive — not as something to become, but as something you already are.

  • Fire | The Remembering Begins

    Domestic flight to Luxor, the ancient city of Thebes and spiritual heartbeat of Egypt.

    Fire awakens what has been waiting within you. The morning belongs to Hathor. Her temple at Dendera holds the frequency of love, music, healing and cosmic joy. Your heart is the first thing Egypt touches here. Gently. Completely.

    Then Karnak and within Karnak the sanctuary of Sekhmet. The lioness goddess of sacred transformation. In her sanctuary many women feel heat, unexpected tears, or a sudden fierce clarity about what they are no longer willing to accept. The heart opens. Then it burns clean.

    In the evening we gather for our first ceremony together, allowing everything the temples have stirred to settle into your body.

    Earth invites you to stand firmly in who you are. We visit the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. Who did you resonate more with? You will also have the opportunity to purchase jewellery, for example a handcrafted cartouche with your name in ancient hieroglyphs.

    After lunch with a local family you board the Dahabiya, where the sacred rhythm of the Nile becomes your guide for the coming days.

    With every breath you create space for something new.

    This morning the Dahabiya docks at Kom Ombo, Egypt's only double temple. Two gods side by side: Sobek, the crocodile god of primal instinct, and Horus, the falcon god of divine sovereignty. This is not a contradiction. It is a wholeness. Today is about owning all of you, not only the parts deemed acceptable. The instinct and the vision. The wild and the sovereign.

    Then Aswan. Older, quieter, closer to the source. A walk through the spice market lets the city enter your senses. Frankincense, karkade, lotus. A living pharmacy that has served healers and pilgrims for thousands of years.

    That evening a ceremony opens the heart for what awaits tomorrow at Philae, the temple of Isis.

    You cross water to reach her.

    Philae is the island sanctuary of Isis, goddess of magic, healing and divine love. You arrive by boat, the temple rising from the water as you approach.
